Better Community would be an easy to use web page where users can get all the information they need to apply for a government document. Also web site will have an online form where citizens can write about what concerns them and if it gets the necessary votes from other citizens, someone competent from government would have to respond about that concern. So this web site will help citizens with public services, a place where they can rise their voice about problems they face and raise transparency from government.

Citizens will get all the information they need on how to get a document from their government via this web site. By knowing all necessary steps, they will not have to go from office to office but be prepared and apply in few minutes. This will reduce tensions, waiting lines and reduce corruption because now people will not work without any necessary document, they will know how easy is to get it.
Tehnologija
We will create a website that has simple design and that is easy to use, so people with less knowledge about technology can access and get all the information they need. We will use HTML, CSS and PHP. Users can access web site through desktop computers and mobile technologies like tablets, smartphones and even through older mobile phones.
Vremenski okvir i ciljevi
After we get funds from Community Boost_r we will: - Gather information about all documents that government releases and steps to get those documents. - Inform competent people in governments about what they need to do in order that this project to succeed. - Buy domain and host in order to get web page online. - Work in the design of web page. - After the project is finished, publish it and held an opening ceremony. - Advertise and inform citizens how this project affects their lives and make them easier. - Maintain project and update it over time.
Izgradnja zajednice
Our advertising will be focused in two fronts, online and offline. Online via social media and television ads. Offline via word of mouth, posters in important places like hospitals, bus stops, government buildings, and free open public trainings.
Održivost
Foundlings from Community Boost_r will be necessary to start this project. After we launch it, government will provide the necessary funds for this project from citizen taxes. Because it would be an easy to maintain project, it will require minimum support and investments to keep it running.
